Third World Poverty
I would like you to go the web to find the answer to this question: What is the per capita (per person) income (this is sometimes referred to as per capita GDP, per capita GNI, per capita GDP- they all really are about the same thing) of the following countries: Bangladesh, Ethiopia, Mexico, Japan, and the United States. What conclusions could be drawn from an analysis of this information? What other factors should be considered when making comparisons among these countries?
Try a search engine. The World Bank web site has excellent data and analysis.
Remember when you get to most web sites, there are many links available. Explore.
